FRE Staff & Clients Honored at CT Reentry Awards Ceremony

The 2026 Bridgeport Reentry Awards recognized the achievements of returning citizens who have demonstrated successful community reentry, and the compassionate support systems that guided these returning individuals in their efforts.

FRE Recovery Center Manager Mark Grasso was recognized to receive the Community Partner Award. He has played a vital role in supporting our clients transitioning from incarceration and returning to their community.

RISE program clients Lorna Briscoe and Moniece McNeil were honored for the Personal Achievement Award.

Both individuals have demonstrated outstanding commitment, growth, and perseverance throughout their time in the program, making them truly deserving of this recognition.
