Welcome Ebony Wilson as Senior Director of Behavioral Health Operations for FRE
Ebony Wilson, MS, LADC, AADC, LPC brings a passion for behavioral health and a deep commitment to community care to her role as CRJ’s Senior Director of Behavioral Health Operations. Originally from Freehold, New Jersey, Ebony earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kean University before relocating to Connecticut, where she completed her master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Substance Abuse and Clinical Counseling at Post University.
Ebony began her career working with adults living with mental illness and has since dedicated herself to supporting adults and adolescents facing substance use and co-occurring disorders. Her experience spans both clinical and leadership roles, with a strong focus on delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
Before joining CRJ, Ebony served as Program Director of Outpatient Services at MCCA, overseeing programs in Torrington, New Milford, and the Torrington Prevention Partnership (TPP). Earlier in her career, she worked as an outpatient substance use clinician with local agencies, building a strong foundation in direct service.
In addition to her professional work, Ebony is deeply engaged in the community. Through her volunteer efforts, she has developed meaningful partnerships and contributed to initiatives addressing the opioid epidemic and homelessness. Her leadership reflects a commitment to improving access to care and strengthening the well-being of individuals and families across Connecticut.
